Click here for a parade application and safety rules. The goal of the Festival of Lights Parade is to create a safe, fun magical event to kick-off the holiday season in Crystal Lake.
Please note: In order to create a wider and safer passage for the parade vehicles, there will be NO parking for the entire parade route, including: North Caroline Street, Crystal Lake Avenue, Grant Street, Woodstock Street and Williams Street. Vehicles should be off these streets after 5PM, and can be parked in public/commuter parking lots.
Spectators must be up on the curbs -- plan your viewing options accordingly.
