All distances, all levels of fitness welcome and encouraged to join us. For those of you looking for trail runs, we have a group who heads out that way too! Gatorade, coffee and snacks to follow each run and/or walk.
"Practice Makes Permanent" - 1st three Saturdays in November at 7:30AM
Warm-up clinics prior to the group run/walks. A proper warm-up is vital to preparing your body for the demands of running and keep you injury free. Fash Finish will guide you through a warm-up you should use before your runs!
Middle School Zephyr Fun Runs - Thursdays at 4:15PM
If your middle schooler is looking for something fun to do, to keep in shape, make new freiends, learn a little more about running, exercise, stretching -- stop by the Running Depot. Our certified coaching staff will help your middle schooler put the fun in running.
