2013 Have a Heart Food Drive
Week of February 9th - 16th
THE RESULTS ARE IN! Downtown Crystal Lake collected over 1,800 pounds of food this year!
Hunger is an issue every minute of every hour of every day. In order to combat this issue, many of your favorite downtown merchants are hosting a "Have a Heart Food Drive" in order to stock the shelves of the Crystal Lake Food Pantry.
We encourage our customers to bring in non-perishable food items. Please click here for the Crystal Lake Food Pantry's list of most needed items.
The following is a list of participating businesses. Many of them are offering special incentives to their customers who bring in items for the "Have a Heart Food Drive".

For every bag of food you bring in to A51, you get 1 raffle ticket into our drawing for a GIFT CERTIFICATE!!!!

Benedict’s will match, pound for pound,... food placed in our donation box located by the host stand. Here’s how it works - you bring in a pound of pasta (or whatever), we’ll add a pound of pasta and so on. It’s a give-give situation.

Bring in one non-perishable food item for the Crystal Lake Food Pantry, get a 5% OFF CLIX Coupon. Bring in another item, and get anouther 5% OFF CLIX Coupon, etc, up to 6 Coupons. Now we don't mean that you have to limit your donations to 6 items or that you can't spread your donations among other Downtown Crystal Lake participants, but we'll chip in for up to 6 Coupons which you can combine or not, and use them for any regular priced item through the end of this February.
