Downtown Crystal Lake receives Premier Program Designation
Lt. Governor Pat Quinn presented Downtown Crystal Lake with a plaque honoring the organization with Premier Program status. Crystal Lake is one of only seven communities in Illinois that was awarded the Premier Program designation. The designation is in recognition for the exceptional downtown revitalization efforts and achievements in Crystal Lake.
